EcoTough Floor Topcoat
Water-based aliphatic urethane coating (two-component)
EcoTough Floor is an eco-friendly, two component high strength coating that can be enhanced with recycled glass for an Anti-Slip finish. It features a low VOC, low odour while demonstrating outstanding durability, and the ability to withstand high UV conditions. It is being crosslinked with an aliphatic crosslinker, which allows for excellent adhesion to concrete and mineral substrates that have been mechanically prepared. It exhibits low dirt pickup, good wet hiding, and long-lasting finishes.

- EcoTough Floor is recommended for the following applications:; UV resistance coating for concrete; Versatile finishes on topcoat on hard surfaces like stones, limestone; Hygienic coatings for walls and floorings; Non-yellowing, high abrasion resistance topcoat finishes.
- Features
- Ready to use packaging for ease of application; Environmentally Friendly- Low volatile content (VOC) and Low Odour; Excellent abrasion resistance with low dirt-up up resistance and dustproof of concrete; Well-balanced hardness and high abrasion resistance, yet having a fast-drying feature; Good water repellence coating and high abrasion resistance system; Reduces staining and easy to clean application; Suitable for use in interior or exterior application with non- yellowing resistance.
- Surface preparation
- New Concrete Surface: New concrete or cementitious substrates should be at least 28 days old and moisture content of the substrate should be less than 5%. Concrete to receive high performance over lay systems should be designed, mixed and placed in accordance with internationally accepted practice.
